Anent compeirance befoir the sessioun

That no persone or personis of what qualitie soever sall at ony tyme heirafter compeir befoir the lordis of sessioun, ather as persewaris or defendaris, accompanied with ony saveing his advocattis and agentes onlie, under the pane afoirsaid, for it is intollerable that justice sould seame to be procured by threatning or convocatioun as though justice wer not so reddie for the poore as for the grite ones.
