Anent compeirance befoir the counsell

That no persone or personis of what qualitie soever sall at ony tyme heirafter present thameselffis befoir the counsell table, ather as persewaris or defendaris, but by thameselffis alone or accompanied with one at the most when oure counsell sall allow thairof.
