Anent convocationis at parliamentis and counsell

That no prelatt, nobleman or other whosoever sall repair to the towne or plaice whair oure counsell sall sitt for the tyme nor to ony conventioun or parliament at ony tyme heirafter with grittar traynes or better accompanied than with his ordinarie houshold servandis, under the pane of being censured by or counsell as a contemnar of oure auctoritie.
