Anent victuall
That a competent pryce be sett on all sortis of victuall, whiche pryce if the said victuall exceid at a certane day, it sall be laughfull to import victuall at the easiest rate of custome and in nowayes to transport ony under the pane of confiscatioun; bot if the victuall at the said day salbe under the pryce appoyntit, than sall it be laughfull to transport the same paying the custome but in nowayes to import ony but paying suche custome as salbe imposit.
