Orders to a surgeon in Glasgow

The estates ordain and command [...] Mitchelson, surgeon in Glasgow, to come out sufficiently provided with the forces that are now going to the south, and that he come along with the forces of Clydesdale, and course shall be taken that a competent allowance shall be granted to him.
