Field pieces to [Sir Mungo Campbell of] Lawers

The convention ordains and commands the general of the artillery and his deputes to deliver to Colonel Campbell three field pieces, with 80 ball proportional, 1,000 weight of powder, 2,000 weight of match and 100 materials and to provide him two gunners for the use of his regiment going to Dumfries.

The convention of estates ordain and command William Thomson to deliver to Colonel [Mungo] Campbell [of Lawers] so much money as will put his regiment on an equal footing with the regiments in Ireland.
