To your sacred majesty and the honourable estates of parliament, the humble petition of Colonel John Cochrane.
Whereas I represented yesterday to your majesty and the honourable estates of parliament my humble desire that I might have a hearing, I do now in a most submissive way reiterate the same today, hoping your majesty with the estates of parliament will be graciously pleased to condescend to my humble petition in granting me a favourable answer.
