[Act rescinding the forfeiture of General Ruthven approved; consideration of supplications continued; continuation]
The king being present.
Act restoring General [Patrick] Ruthven and reducing his forfeiture read, voted and passed in parliament.
Supplication by General Major [William] Baillie against [Sir William Baillie of] Lamington being moved, appoints every estate to think thereupon until tomorrow.
Supplication by the town of Wigtown against [Alexander Stewart], earl of Galloway being moved, appoints every estate to think upon a committee for the same until tomorrow.
Appoints the parliament to meet tomorrow at 10 o'clock, and the several estates now presently and after noon.
