The king being present.
The paper exhibited by the barons regarding the voting to the election of councillors and officers of state by billets or schedules being read in audience of his majesty and estates of parliament, it was voted whether the same should be taken to consideration as an order of the house or rejected. It was concluded by plurality of voices that the same should be taken to consideration.
Appoints every estate to meet apart at 2 o'clock after noon, and the whole house to convene together at 4 o'clock.
