Ratification to Master David Dickson of his transportation from Irvine to Glasgow, and for establishing the profession of theology in that university, read and appointed to be shown to the estates separately.
Act discharging monuments of idolatry and superstition read and appointed to be shown to each estate separately.
Act regarding non-communicants and excommunicated persons read and appointed to be advised by every estate until tomorrow.
Act discharging suspension of ministers' stipends without consignation read, voted and passed in parliament.
[Letter of recommendation to the estates of Holland approved and subscribed; dispensation granted; committee ordered to meet]
Letter of recommendation from the king and parliament to the estates of Holland in favour of the widow of Sir James Ramsay subscribed by his majesty and by command of the parliament by [John Elphinstone, lord Balmerino], president thereof.
Dispensation to the sheriff for serving tutors to Gogar's bairns.
