Protestation of [William Keith], earl Marischal against [George Hay], earl of Kinnoull's ratification
In presence of the king's majesty and estates of parliament William, earl Marischal, personally present, protested that the ratification granted in this present parliament in favour of George, earl of Kinnoull should be always without prejudice to him, his heirs and successors regarding any infeftments, rights and privileges granted to him, his authors and predecessors of the lands and others specified therein; and thereupon asked instruments.
