Ordinance concerning [Alexander Stewart], earl of Galloway and town of Wigtown
The which day the supplication by [Alexander Stewart], earl of Galloway against the town of Wigtown and by William MacGuffock against the sheriff and bailie of Wigtown, the king's majesty and estates ordain letters to be directed at the instance of either of the parties for summoning witnesses for proving of the complaints and answers against such, without prejudice to either party to dispute against the relevancy, and assigns the [...] day of [...] to the effect above-written.
