Act and warrant for the title page to be prefixed in the printing to the acts of parliament, 11 June 1640

The which day his majesty and estates of parliament appoint the clerks of parliament to prefix in the printing of the acts of June 1640 in the first page thereof these words following, namely: The acts made in the session of the second parliament of our high and dread sovereign Charles, by the grace of God, king of Scotland, England, France and Ireland, defender of the faith etc., held at Edinburgh, 11 June 1640, by the estates of parliament, convened by his majesty's special authority, printed at Edinburgh by Robert Young and Evan Taylor, printers to the king's most excellent majesty with royal privilege; and that no other act be prefixed to the said acts but they be printed according to the model of the treaty as they stand.
