Dispensation in favour of William Dick
The which day the king's majesty and estates of parliament grant dispensation to the commissioners of Edinburgh to sit, proceed and administer justice in the action pursued by William Dick against George Scott and the other persons contained in the claim and process depending relating thereto, until 1 November next.
