Warrant
Warrant for printing the king's manifest concerning [Charles Louis], Prince Palatine, with the parliament's approbation thereof and remonstrance relating thereto

These give warrant and command to the clerks of parliament to cause print his majesty's manifest for the Prince Elector Palatine, with the approbation thereof by the estates of parliament, and their humble remonstrance concerning the Prince Elector, together with his majesty's gracious answer made thereto, and act of parliament made thereupon for restraint of levies and reinforcements of soldiers until the time therein appointed, which remonstrance, with his majesty's gracious answer and act of parliament following thereupon, are also to be translated in Latin and printed; concerning which, these superscribed by the king and subscribed by [John Elphinstone, lord Balmerino], president of the parliament, shall be a warrant.
