The which day Sir John MacKenzie of Tarbat, personally present in face of parliament, acted himself as cautioner for the young Laird of Glengarry, that Glengarry shall appear before the parliament when he shall be required, and shall not go out of Edinburgh or one mile thereabouts, until the conclusion of this parliament by riding or prorogation under the pain of 10,000 merks and the Laird of Glengarry, younger, acted himself for relief of his said cautioner.
