Remit in favour of James Arnott, merchant, to the committee of estates regarding his ship and ordinance

The which day the said estates of parliament, having read and considered the supplication given in by James Arnott, merchant, making mention of the satisfaction due to be given to him by the estates for his ship and ordinance thereof, and desiring them to take consideration of the great prejudice and loss sustained by him by the detaining of his ship and ordinance from her voyage, has remitted and recommended and hereby remit and recommend the foresaid supplication and desire thereof to the committee of estates appointed to reside at Edinburgh to be considered by them.
