Warrant to the clerks of parliament for publishing, printing and extracting the acts of this session of parliament

The which day the estates of parliament, presently convened by his majesty's special authority, find and declare that all the warrants of acts of this present session of parliament being now subscribed in face of parliament by Robert [Balfour], lord [Balfour of] Burleigh, president nominated by the said estates in absence of his majesty's commissioner, shall be a sufficient warrant to the clerks of parliament to cause print, extract and give forth the same acts under their hands and subscriptions.
