Procedure: remit to committee

The estates appoint the committee nominated for revising the papers foresaid to hear all overtures and propositions to be given in by any of the estates, with two others of each estate if they please after that each estate has met by themselves for thinking upon the said propositions, and this committee to report tomorrow.
