[Ratifications approved; protest against]

Ratification in favour of Heriot's Hospital of the contract between his majesty and the town of Edinburgh read, voted and passed in articles, providing the signature upon the contract therein mentioned be passed and completed, otherwise this present ratification to be null.

Ratification to the town of Edinburgh of the act presented to the parliament of 1633, reference made thereupon to the council and decreet and acts following thereupon regarding the augmentation of their ministers' stipends, read, voted and passed in articles.

Item, the ratifications following passed in articles according to the charters and rights therein mentioned, namely:
