[Supplication read and parties cited; act in favour of the town of Lauder approved]
The supplication given in by [Archibald Campbell], earl of Argyll against Sir Donald Gorme and others2. [John Stewart, earl of Traquair], lord commissioner general, and articles ordain the parties to be warned by a macer of parliament to compear before them upon Monday next, to answer to the desire of the supplication.
Act in favour of the town of Lauder, granting them a new fair upon 23 July yearly.
