Regarding the charges bestowed by sheriffs etc. in collecting the taxation

The estates remit to his majesty's council the consideration of the charges sustained by the sheriffs, stewarts, bailies of regalities and their clerks in the collecting of the taxation and what modification and allowance shall be given to them for the same.
