Regarding the frequent repair to court

Regarding the grievance given in by the commissioners of the shires touching the frequent repair of the subjects to court, to the undoing of the kingdom, and who by misleading information to his majesty desire the course of justice to be inverted in the ordinary courts and judicatures of the kingdom, the estates having heard and considered the grievance, they agree that his majesty shall be petitioned to remit all such parties who shall importune his majesty in this kind to their ordinary judges at home to the intent justice may be indifferently administered to both parties, wherein if any party shall have just cause to complain of delay or want of justice that then his majesty may take such course relating thereto as in his excellent judgement he shall find fitting.
