Commissione to the lordis of sessione in favouris of my lord Spynie

Forsamekle as oure soverane lord and estaittis of parliament ar informed that Alexander, lord off Spynie, being within aige the tyme off the sitting of the commissioune for plantatioun off kirkis in anno 1617 and 1618, he being in forrane pairtis, thairfore oure soverane lord, with advyse and consent of the estaittis of parliament, gevis full power and commissione to the lordis of sessioune to try the trewith of the said informatioun and to redres ony prejudice sustenit be the said Lord Spynie anent the commissione foirsaid gevin for plantatioune of kirkis in sik forme and maner as they sall think expedient, provyding alwayis that the stipendis for ministeris appointit be the commissionaris be not diminisched.
