Licence to Schir George Hay anent selling off his irne

Oure soverane lord, with advyse and consent of the estaittis of parliament, and in speciall with advyse and consent of the commissionaris off the haill frie burrowes royall within this realme, gevis and grauntis full and frie libertie, licence and powar to Schir George Hay off Kinfawnis, knicht, clerk off his hienes register, be him selff, his servantis and utheris in his name, to transport and carye ony irone maid be him and his saidis servantis in his name within this realme to any poirt or harbrie off any frie burgh royall, or ony uther place within the samen; to unloade, weigh and dispone upoune the said irone to any persoune quhatsumevir within this realme that they sall think expedient, and that nochtwithstanding off ony privilegis or liberties quhatsumevir formarlie grauntit to the saidis burghes to the contrar heiroff; quhairanent his majestie, with advyse and consent foirsaid, dispensses be thir presentis, provyding alwayis that this present act sall nawayis hurt nor prejudge the liberties and priviledges of the saidis royall burghis in any uther caices and that in regaird they thame selffis haif consentit to this priviledge.
