Ratificatione in favouris of Johne Levingstoun of his infeftment of Kynnairde

Oure soverane lord, estaittis and haill bodie of this present parliament ratiefies, apprevis and perpetuallie confermes the chartour and infeftment gevin and grantit be his majestie to his hienes trustie and familiar servitour Jhonne Levingstoun off Kynnarde, his aires maill and of tailyie thairin exprest heretablie, off all and haill the landis and baronye of Kynnairde, with castellis, toures, fortalices, maner places, orcheardis, yairdis, milnes, woddis, fischeingis, pairtis, pendicles, annexis, connexis, dependences, advocatioun, donatioun, rycht of patronage and utheris particularlie and generalie specifit and contenit in the said infeftment, with tennentis, tenandries, service of frie tennentis thairoff and all thair pertinentis; and als of all and haill the paroche kirk of Kynnairde, with all and sindrie the teyndschevis and utheris teindis, alsueill personage as viccarage, fruittis, rentis, emolimentis and dewties quhatsumevir of the said paroche kirk and haill parochin thairof lyand within the schirefdome of Pearthe, all erectit in ane frie baronie callit the baronie of Kynnairde; quhilk chartour conteanis ane claus de novo damus and is maide, gevin, grantit and disponit to be haldin of oure said soverane lord and his hienes successoures in taxt warde for payment of the taxt waird dewtie thairin exprest, with the precept and instrument of seasing following upoun the said chartour, quhilk is of the date at Hinchinbrooke, the sext day of December, j^M vj^C auchtene yeiris, in all and sindrie heiddis, poyntis, articles, clauses, circumstances, conditiounes, priviledgis and immunities quhatsumevir contenit in the foirnamit chartour; and willis, declairis, statutes and ordanis this present ratificatioun to be of als gryit strenth, force and effect as gif the said chartour, with the preceptis and instrumentis of seasing following thairupone, haill tennouris and contentis thairoff war worde be worde at lenthe insert herin; quairanent oure said soverane lord and estaittis of parliament dispensses be thir presentis.
