Dissolutioun of the kirk of Kilmachormuk fra the abbacie of Kilwynning and unione thairof to the bischoprik off Argyill

Oure soverane lord and estaittis off this present parliament, understanding that ane right reverend father in God, Jhonne, archebischope of Sanctandros, commendater of the abbacie of Kilwynning, with consent of the convent of the said abbacie, be his lettres of dimissioun and procuratorie of resignatioun thairin contenit, subscrivit with his hand of the date the [...] day of [...], the yeir of God j^M vj^C and [...] yeiris, and be instrument of dimissione and resignatioun following thairupoune of the date the [...] day off [...], for the ressonable causes thairin conteanit, hes dimittit, resignit, renuncit and simpliciter overgevin fra him and his successouris, commendateris of the said abbacie of Kilwinning, to and in favuoures off ane reverend father in God, Andro, bischope off Argyill and his successoures bischopes of the said bischoprik the kirk of Kilmachormuk, personage and viccarage thairoff, advocatioun, donatioun and right of patronage of the same, with all and sindrie teyndis, fructis, rentis, proffittes, emolumentis and dewties quhatsumevir pertening and belanging thairto lyand within the schirefdome of Tarbert, pertening and belanging to the said abbacie of Kilwinning as ane pairt of the patrimonie thairof in the handis of oure soverane lord and his hienes commissionaris in his majesties name, in favoures of the said reverend father in God, Andro, bischope of Ergyill and his successouris bischopes of the said bischoprik, to the effect that the said kirk of Kilmachormuk, personage and viccarage thairoff, advocatioun, donatioun and right of patronage of the same, with all and sindrie teindis, fructis, rentis, proffittes, emolumentis and dewties belanging thairto may be dissolvit and seperat fra the said abbacie of Kilwynning and patrimonie thairoff, quhairunto the samen pertenit and wes unite and annexit off before, and cease to be comptit, repute or haldin ony pairt of the said abbacie or patrimonie thairoff in tyme cuming, and may be unite, annexit and incorporat in and to the said bischoprik of Argyill and patrimonie thairoff, to remane inseperablie thairwith and with the said Andro, bischope of Argyill and his successoures bischopes of the said bischoprik in all tyme cuming, as the saidis lettres off dimissioun and resignatioun and instrument of dimissione and resignatioune following thairupoun in thame selffis respective at mair lenth beiris. Thairfore his majestie and estaittis of parliament ratefies and approvis the saidis lettres off dimissione and resignatione and dimissioun and ressignatioun following thairupoun maid be the said right reverend father in God, Jhonne, archebischope of Sanctandros, with consent of the said convent of the said abbacie, of the said kirk of Kilmachormuk, personage and viccarage thairoff, with all and sindrie teyndis, fructis, rentis, proffittes, emolumentis and dewties quhatsumevir pertening and belanging thairto, in favoures of the said reverend father in God, Andro, bischope of Argyill and his successouris bischopes of the said bischoprik in maner and to the effect abovewrittin, in all and sindrie the heiddis, poyntis, clauses, articles and conditiounes thairoff, and efter the forme and tennour thairoff in all poyntes. And als his majestie and estaittis foirsaidis hes dissolvit and dissolvis the said kirk of Kilmachormuk, personage and viccarage thairoff, with all and sindrie teyndis, fruittis, rentis, emolumentis and dewties pertening and belanging thairto fra the said abbacie of Kilwinning and patrimonie thairoff quhairunto the samen pertenit and wer unite and annexit of before, and unites, annexis and incorporatis the samene kirk, personage and viccarage, with all and sindrie teindis, fruittis, rentis, proffittes, emolimentis and dewties quhatsumevir pertening and balanging thairto in and to the said bischoprik of Argyill and patrimonie thairoff, to remayne inseperablie thairwith; and willes and grantis that the said Andro, bischope of Argyill and his successoures bischopes of the said bischoprik sall bruke, jois and posses the said kirk, haill teindis and fructis of the samene as ane pairt and pertinent of the said bischoprik of Argyill and patrimonye thairoff in all tyme cuming, and gif neid beis ordanis ane infeftment to be exped heirupoun under his hienes gryit seale in favoures of the said Andro, bischope off Argyill and his successoures bischopes of the said bischoprik in dew and competent forme as effeiris. And it is declairit that this present ratificatioun salbe no wayes prejudiciall to the Earle of Eglintounes right quhilk he now hes to the kirk of Kilmachormuk, nor sall nevir be useit or opposit be the Bischope of Argyill to mak his standand right before this act any stronger nor it wes before this act to the Erle of Eglintounes prejudice of his present rightis, quhairunto the Bischope of Argyill, being personalie present, consentit, and ordanis the constent and declaratioune to be insert in the extract of this act, quhilk consent and declaratioun the said bischope, than being present, subscryvit with his awin hand.
