Ratificatioun to the Lord Keith of his infeftment of the lordschippis of Dunnoter and Inverrugie

Oure soverane lord and estaittis of parliament presentlie convenit ratefeis, apprevis and confermis the charter and infeftment, donatioun and dispositioun thairin contenit, maid, gevin and grantit be oure said soverane lord under his hienes great seill of the kingdome of Scotland of the dait at Roistoun, the twentye ane day of October, ane thowsand sex hundreth and twelff yeris instant, to Williame, lord Keith, maister of Merschell, his airis maill and of tailyie thairin specifeit, off all and haill the landis, lordschip and baronye of Inverrugie, speciallie comprehending thairin all and sindrie the landis, lordschippis and baronyes, offices, castellis, touris, fortalices, mylnis, wodis, fischeingis, parkis, forrestis, mansiones, maners, advocatioun, donatioun and richt of patronages, benefices, kirkis, chaiplanries, alteragis, personagis and vicaragis, tennentis, tenandreis, service of fre tennentis and utheris particularlie and generalie specifeit thairin, unit and annexat of before to the said lordschip and baronye of Inverrugie; as also all and haill the landis, lordschip and baronye of Dunnoter, comprehending specialie thairin all and sindrie the landis, lordschippis, barronyes, offices, with castellis, towris, fortalices, mylnis, wodis, fischingis, parkis, forestis, mansionis, maneris, advocationes, donationes and richtis of patronages, kirkis, benefices, chaiplanries, alteragis, personagis and vicaragis thairof, tennentis, tenandreis, service of frie tennentis and utheris particularlie and generalie unit, annexat and incorporat of before to the said lordschip and baronye of Dunnoter, togidder with the advocatioun, donatioun and richt of patronage of the personage and vicarage of Benholme, now annexat and incorporat to the said lordschip and baronye of Dunnoter, togidder with the taxt ward of the said lordschip and baronye of Inverugie of auld disponit be his majestie to the said Lord Keith and his predicessouris; and siclike ratifies, apprevis and confermis ane uther charter and infeftment, donatioun and dispositioun thairin contenit, maid, gevin and grantit be oure said soverane lord under his hienes great seill of the said kingdome of Scotland, off the dait at Roistoun, the twentye ane day of October, ane thowsand sex hundreth and twelff yeris instant, to the said Williame, lord Keith, maister of Merschell, his airis maill and of tailyie thairin contenit, off all and sindrie the landis, lordschip and baronye of Altrie, specialie comprehending thairin all and sindrie the landis, lordschippis, baronyes, mylnis, wodis, fischeingis, parkis, forrestis, mansiounes, maneris, teindschevis, utheris teindis, fermes, annuelrentis, canys, custumes, casualities, dewties, with advocatioun, donatioun, richt of patronage, tennentis, tenandries, service of fre tennentis and utheris particularlie and generalie of auld unit and annexat to the lordschip of Altrie, togidder with the advocatioun, donatioun, richt of patronage of the vicarage of Pettervgy and prebendarie of Deir foundit within the cathedrall kirk of Abirdene, with the teyndschevis and utheris teindis of the landis of Fechill, with the pertinentis lykewayis annexat of before to the said lordschip of Altrie, togidder with the said vicarage of Peterugy and all landis, teindis, fruittis, rentis of the samyn now annexat to the said lordschip of Altrie as said is, as also all and haill the kirklandis of Dunnoter and Fedderesso, the landis of Clerkinscheillis, the landis of Tulliequhillie, Mallamuck and croftis of Banchrie, the thrid part of the mylne callit the Schiref Mylne, with multuris thairof, partes, pendicles, tennentis, tenandries, service of fre tennentis of the samyn and all thair pertitinentis, and siclyke all and sindrie the croftis, tenementis, houses, biggingis, yardis, aikers, annuelrentis and utheris quhatsomevir pertening to the Brethrene Predicatouris and Freris Carmilitanis of Abirdene quhairevir they ly within the kingdome of Scotland, as the saidis twa severall charters and infeftmentis of the daittis abonespecifeit at mair lenth is contenit, in all and sindrie headis, pointis, clauses, articles, provisiones, conditiounes and circumstances thairof. And his majestie and estaittis willis and declaris that this present ratificatioun and approbatioun is and salbe of als great avale, strenth, force and effect to the said Williame, lord Keith and his foirsaidis for bruiking, joysing and possessing of all and sindrie the foirsaidis landis, lordschippis, baronyes, advocatioun, donatioun, richt of patronage of the kirkis abonespecifeit and utheris particularlie abonementionat perpetualie in all tyme cuming, as gif the foirsaid charters and infeftmentis war heirin word be word ingrossed and specialie expressed and ratifeit, reservand alwayes to George, erll Merschell etc., his lyferent of all and sindrie the foirsaidis landis, lordschippis, baronyes and utheris particularlie abonewrittin during all the dayes of his lyftyme, and siclyke but prejudice to the Archiebischop of Sanctandrois and to Johnne Gordoun of Carneburrow anent quhatsomevir richtis and titillis they have to the patronage of the foirsaidis kirkis, few maillis and few dewties of the landis and utheris abonewrittin as accordis of the law.
