Ratificatioun to Schir George Hay off his gift and privilege of making of yron and glasworkis

Oure soverane lord, with advise and consent of his hienes estaittis of parliament, ratifies, apprevis and confermis the commission and licence grantit be his majestie under his hienes great seall to his majesties lovit Schir George Hay of Nethirliff, knycht, gentilman of his majesties privie chalmer, his airis, executouris and assignais, be him selff, his factouris and servandis and utheris haveand his licence, tollerance and permissioun within the haill boundis of the kingdome of Scotland, to mak yrne and glas within the said kingdome of Scotland in forme and maner specifeit in the said commissioun, and that during the space of threttie ane yeris nixt efter the dait efterspecifeit of the said commissioun, as the samyn, contening divers and sindrie utheris privilegis, provisiones and conditiones, off the dait at Quhitehall, the twentye foure day of December ane thowsand, sex hundreth and ten yeris, at mair lenth proportis, in all and sindrie pointis, passes, heides, articles, clauses, conditiones and circumstances quhatsomevir thairin contenit, efter the forme and tennoure thairof, with all that hes followit or may follow thairupoun. Lykeas his majestie, with advise and consent foirsaid, statutis, decernis and ordanis that the foirsaid commissioun and this present ratificatioun thairof salbe ane sufficient, lauchfull and valide rycht to the said Schir George Hay and his foirsaidis for using of the haill rychtis, privilegis and liberties thairin contenit, and uplifting of the haill proffites and dewities comprehendit or that may be comprehendit under the said commission during the space abonespecifeit thairin contenit, efter the forme and tennoure thairof in all pointis.
