Ratificatioun in favouris of Maister Josua Durie of his pensioun

Oure soverane lord, with the advise of the estaittis of this present parliament, ratifeis, apprevis and confirmes the lettir of pensioun gevin and grantit be his hienes to Maister Josua Durie, minister at Sanctandrois, Ewphame McKane, his spous, and Johnne Durie, thair lauchfull sonne, contening the sowme of sevin scoir of pundis money of Scotland, to be upliftit owt of the fewmaillis of the lordschip of Alterie, pertening heritablie to ane noble and potent lord, George, erll marschell, and George, lord Keith, his sonne, dischargeing thairfore all his hienes officers or under recevers in troubling or molesting the saidis persounes successive in the peciable joysing and bruiking of the said pensioun, and frome troubling and persewing of the said noble lord, his sonne and successouris to the said lordschip for the payment of the said sowme of sevin score pundis induring the lyftymes of the saidis pensioners successive, ilkane to follow ane uther.
