Act anent the kirk of Craling, declaring the same to be ane paroche kirk
Oure soverane lord and estaittis of parliament presentlie convenit, understanding that the commissioners appointit by the parliament haldin be his majestie and estaittis at Perth, the nynt day of Julii, the yeir of God ane thowsand sex hundreth and sex yeris, for modificatioun of the ministers stipendis of sic kirkis as belangis to the erectit prelacies, having appointit ane speciall mantinence for the minister serving the cure of the kirkis of Craling, Nisbet and Spittell, quhilkis thre kirkis ar all joynit and unitit in ane paroche kirk, thairfore his majestie and the saidis estaittis presentlie convenit statutis and ordanis, decernis and declaris the kirk of Craling to be the ordinar paroche kirk of the saidis thre unitit kirkis, and that the preacheour or minister serving thairat salhave the benefite of the statute of parliament for designatioun to him of ane compitent gleib and manse at the said kirk, and for bruiking and joysing of the stipend modefeit for the saidis thre unitit kirkis be the saidis commissioners to the minister serving the cure at the said kirk of Craling.
