Ratificatioun in favouris of Alexander Moncreif

Oure soverane lord and estaittis of this present parliament ratifies, apprevis and confermis all and sindrie infeftmentis, richtis and securities maid be his majestie or his predicessouris or ony uther persoun or persounes quhatsomevir, to and in favouris of his hienes familiar servitoure Alexander Moncreiff of Fawsyde, maister falconer to his majestie, or his authors, thair airis and assignais thairin contenit, off all and haill the landis of Fawside and Mylnetoun, the mylne of Pettinweme and mylne landis thairof, and landis of Gordounishall with thair pertinentis, all lyand within the schirefdome of Fyff, togidder with all and sindrie dispositionis, infeftmentis, giftis, assignatiounes, factories, richtis and securities maid be his majestie to the said Alexander Moncreiff, off all and haill the tenement of land, with the yaird and pertinentis thairof, lyand within the cietie of Sanctandrois, sumtyme pertening to Waltir Geddie, cietinar of the said cietie, maillis and dewtyes thairof, bygane and tocum, of quhatsomevir dait or daittis, tennoure or contentis the samyn be, in all and sindrie pointis, passes, heidis, articles, clauses, conditiones and circumstances quhatsomevir thairin contenit, efter the formes and tennouris thairof, with all that hes followit or may follow thairupoun. Lykeas his majestie and estaittis foirsaidis decernis, statutis and ordanis that this present generall ratificatioun of the infeftmentis, richtis and securities foirsaidis is and salbe als valide, effectuall and sufficient in all respectis as gif the saidis infeftmentis, richtis and securities foirsaidis war specialie and particularlie insert in this present act. Attoure, oure said soverane lord and estaittis foirsaidis statutis and ordanis that the infeftmentis, richtis and securities generalie abonewrittin, and this present ratificatioun thairof, ar and salbe guid, lauchfull, valide and effectuall richtis and titillis to the said Alexander Moncreiff, his airis and assignais thairin contenit, for bruiking and joysing of the landis and utheris abonementionat, intrometting with, uplifting and disponing upoun the maillis, fermis proffites and dewtyes thairof at thair pleasoure, of all yeris and termes bygane and in tyme cuming, conforme to the tennours of the saidis infeftmentis, richtis and securiteis in all pointis, ordaning the clerk of register and his deputis to extend ane act heirupoun in dew and competent forme.
