Ratificatioun in favouris of Thomas, vicount Fentoun, lord Dirltoun

Oure soverane lord and thre estaittis of this present parliament, for certane gude respectis and considerationes moving thame, have ratefeit, approvin and confirmit and, be thir presentis, ratifies, approvis and confirmes the charter and infeftment under the great seill of the dait the [...] day of [...], the yeir of God ane thowsand [...] yeris, maid and grantit be his hienes to his hienes richt traist cousing and counselloure Thomas, vicount Fentoun, lord Dirltoun, his airis maill and assignais, off the landis and barony of Fentoun, contening the particular land and utheris mentionat thairintill, as the said charter beris, in all and sindrie heidis, clauses, articles, circumstances, liberteis, privilegis and conditiones contenit in the said infeftment efter the form and tennoure thairof in all pointis, and willis, grantis, decernis and declaris that the samyn infeftment salbe valiable and sufficient richt and securitie to the said vicount and his foirsaidis for bruiking and joysing of the saidis landis and barony in all tyme cuming conforme to the tennoure of the said infeftment, without ony cleame, questioun or contradictioun to be maid or movit to thame thairintill be oure said soverane lord and his successours, directlie or indirectlie, onywyse, notwithstanding quhatsomevir act, law, statute or constitutioun, speciall or generall, maid or to be maid in the contrar, quhairanent his hienes and estaittis foirsaidis dispensis for evir be thir presentis.
