Ratificatioun in favouris of the Laird of Kylsayth of his infeftment thairof

Oure soverane lord and estaittis of parliament presentlie convenit ratifeis, appreves and confermis the chartour and infeftment under the great seall maid and grantit be his hienes eftir his majesteis perfyte age of tuentie fyve yeiris compleit and generall revocatioun maid in parliament to his lovitt Williame Levingstoun of Kylsayth, than stylit fear of Kylsayth, and his airis maill and of talyie thairin specefeit, of all and haill the landis and baronie of Wester² Kylsayth with touris, fortalices, mylnis, multuris, woddis, salmond fischeingis, annexis, connexis, pendiclis, outsettis, tennentis, tennandreis and service of frie tennentis thairof, togidder with the advocatioun, donatioun and richt of patronage of the kirk and parochin of Campsie, personage and vicarage thairof, with uther landis mentionat in the said chartour, unit and annexit in ane frie baronie, and all privileges thairof, contening ane clause of de novo damus and taxt waird with utheris privileges specefeit thairintill, as the foirsaid chartour of the date at Edinburgh, the first of August the yeir of God j^M v^C fourscoir tuelf yeiris, at mair lenth proportis, in all and sindrie heidis, pointis, clauses and articlis contenit in the samyn chartour. And oure said soverane lord and estaittis foirsaidis declaris, statutis and ordinis that the foirsaid chartour and infeftment sall stand in all tyme heireftir in full strenth and vigour, and sall be effectuall to the said Williame Levingstoun of Kylsayth and his saidis airis maill and of tailyie thairin specefeit, and thair successouris, for bruiking and joising of the foirsaidis landis and baronie, mylnis, patronage and utheris particularlie specefeit in the said chartour and infeftment eftir the forme and tennour thairof in all pointis, nochtwithstanding ony act maid or to be maid in the contrair that may appeir to derogat the samin in ony pairt thairof; and to be alse valide and sufficient as gif the said chartour had bene at lenth word be word ingrossit heirintill.
