Oure soverane lord and estaitis of this present parliament ratefeis and apprivis the gift of pensioun grantit be his hienes furthe of the few mailles and annuelrentis of the temporall landis of the abbacie of Corsraguell, and als aucht chalder aittis yeirlie to be uptakin furthe of the thrid of the auld assumptioun of the aittis of the bishoprik of Sanctandrois at the termes of payment of the samin usit and wount, of the dait the tent day of September j^M v^C fourscoir aucht yeiris, with all clauses contenit thairintill; and exceptis and reservis the saidis pensionis furthe of the act of Februar or ony uthairis actis of parliament that in ony wayis may concerne the kingis propertie or thridis of beneficis or may appeir prejudiciall to the foirsaid gift of pensioun of the dait abonewrittin, and speciallie exceptis the samin pensioun from the act of parliament maid in this present parliament anent the ratificatioun of the act of Februar.
