Ratificatioun to the clerk of registr of the chaiplanis chalmeris of Abirdene

Oure soverane lord and estaitis of this present parliament ratifies and apprevis and for his majestie and his successouris perpetuallie confirmis the gift and dispositioun maid be his hienes to Alexander Hay, than director of the chancellarie and now clerk of register, of the annuellis, firmes, fewdewties and utheris quhilkis sumtyme pertenit in commoun to the chaiplanis and vicaris of the cathedrall kirk of Abirdene, to be uptane out of certane landis, biggingis, watteris and possessionis within and about the burgh of Abirdene, as in the said charter contening the haill anuellis, sumes and dewties in perticuler of the dait the tent day of Februar j^M v^C lxxiiij yeiris at mair lenth is contenit; and decernis and declaris the samyn heretable gift and dispositioun of the samyn annuellis to be ane perpetuall richt to the said Alexander, his aris and assignais for bruiking of the same, and ordanis the said gift and dispositioun to stand in the awin full strenth, force and effect in all tyme cuming.
