Ratificatioun to Capitane Patrik Cranstoun
Oure soverane lord, having consideratioun of the guid, trew and thankfull serrvice done to his hienes be his hienes servitour Capitane Patrik Cranstoun, with advise and consent of the estatis of this present perliament, ratifies and apprevis his hienes giftes and dispositionis gevin and grantit to the said Capitane Patrik off theis monkis portionis out of the abbacie of Scone, quhilkis pertenit ofbefoir to umquhileis dene Robert Carver, dene Johnne Blaw, deane Johnne Purdaly and deane Williame Donaldsoun, and siclyk thai portionis out of the abbacie of Croceragwell quhilk sumtyme was bruikit and possest be umquhile dene Johnne Mure, elder, and dene Michaell Dewar, togidder with all privilegeis contenit in the samyn; and willis that his saidis hienes giftes stand in full force and effect to the said Capitane Patrik during all the dayis of his lyftyme.
