Oure soverane lord and haill estaitis of this present parliament ratifies and apprevis the act of parliament maid in his hienes last parliament haldin at Edinburgh upoun the tuentie ane day of Julii in the yeir of God j^M v^C fourscoir threttene yeiris in favour of skynnaris and frie craftismen of that occupatioun anent the transportaris of calf skynnes, kid skynnis, hudderonis and schurlingis, ordaning the samyn to haif full executioun in all tymes heireftir.
