Annulling of pensionis furth of the erectionis sen the annexatioun
Oure soverane lord, with avise of the estaitis of this present parliament, hes unite, annexit and incorporat and be the tennour of this present act unitis, annexis and incorporattis in his hienes patrimonie and to his croun, to remane thairwith inseparablie in all tyme cuming, all and sindrie the few males and blenche dewties of all landis, lordschippis and baronies quhilkis pertenit of auld to quhatsumevir benefice within this realme and have bene erectit in temporall levingis befoir or sen the act of annexatioun maid in Julii jM vC fourscoir sevin yeiris. And thairfoir have cassit and annullit and be the tennour heirof cassis and annullis all and quhatsumevir pensionis and uther dispositionis maid be his majestie heirtofoir sen the said act of annexatioun to quhatsumevir persoun or personis of ony pert or pertinent thairof ar of ony temporalities of vacand benefices fallin in his hienes handes at ony tyme sen the said act of annexatioun, and that be estemit in all tyme cuming null and of nane availl, notwithstanding quhatsumevir confirmatioun or grant thairof in perliament or utherwayes.
