Aganis wilfull heiraris of messe

Oure soverane lord, with avise of his estaitis of parliament, statutis and ordanis that in all tyme cuming all wilfull heiraris of messe and concellaris of the same be executed to the death, and thair guidis and geir escheatit to his hienes use sasone as thay salbe fund giltie and convict thairof or declarit fugitive for the same befoir the justice generall or his depuittis or the lordis of his majesties privie counsell.
