²Act in favour of Maister Patrik Galloway and Johnne Duncansone, ministeris, anent the temporalitie of Dumblane

Oure soverane lord and estaitis of this present parliament ratifies, apprevis and confermis the lettre, gift and dispositioun maid and grantit be his majestie, with advise and consent of his hienes chancellair, thesaurair and collectour generall, gevand, grantand and disponand to his hienes dalie oratouris Johnne Dunkesoun and Maister Patrik Galloway, his graces ministeris, in yeirlie pensioun for all the dayis of thair lyftymes, all and haill the few fermes, fewmales, canis, custumes, annuellis, services, arriagis, careagis and utheris dewties quhatsumevir of the landis of the temporalitie of the bischoiprik of Dumblane efterspecifiit: to witt of the landis of Glencorkie, Bello, annuell of Pitborough, Clevage, Sindall, Dergall, Ledmachany, Mylne of Nes, Drumlatochie, Glassingulbeg, Glenquhany, Corsklapleis eister and wester, annuellis of the toun of Dumblane, custumes thairof and of the faires of the samyn, Ardoches, Over and Nether Brigend, Ramnyle, Mylne of Dumblane, Cromlixis, Auchanleyis, Blew, Bittergask, Eister Bittergask, Barbus, Lythell, Tanroquhan, Craginquhillot, Thomerclay, Eister Drummaquhense, Midle Drummaquhense, Benebrig, Ward of Muthill, Ganyeochin, Brotoche, Keirprone, Cluthybeg, Damskeir, Cragarnall, Auchinbie, annuellis of Eister Culingis and of Eister Eglismagirdell, Dunstoun alias Thomercany or Sancutholme, and of Lundies, off all and quhatsumever landis and annuellis pertening or that in onywayis is knawin to have pertenit in tyme bygane to the temporalitie of the said bischoiprik, beginnand the first yeiris payment of the said pensioun of the croip and yeir of God j^M v^C lxxxxij yeris, as at mair lenth is contenit in the said lettre of gift under the privie seill of the dait the first day of November the yeir of God j^M v^C lxxxxj yeiris and of his hienes regne the xxv yeir. And als oure soverane lord and estaitis foirsaidis decernis and declaris that the said lettre of gift and dispositioun with this present ratificatioun and confirmatioun thairof salbe sufficient richtis and titles to the saidis Johnne Duncansoun and Maister Patrik Galloway for peceable uplifting, bruiking and joysing off all and haill the fewfermes, fewmales, canys, custumes, services, arreage, careages and utheris dewties quhatsumevir of the foirsaidis landis of the temporalitie of the said bischoiprik, and of quhatsumevir utheris landis and annuellis pertening to the said temporalitie as said is, gevin and disponit to thame in maner abone writtin for all the dayis of the langer levair of thame tua successive efter utheris, conforme to the said gift. As alsua willis and declaris that the said ratificatioun salbe als valiable and effectuall as gif the said lettre of gift haid bene insert and ingrossit ad verbum thairintill; quhairanent his majestie, with advise of the saidis estaitis, dispenses be thir presentis, and ordanis the clerk of register and his depuittis to forme and extend ane act of parliament heirupoun in dew and ample forme as effeiris.
