2Anent remissionis and respeittis
Oure soverane lord and estaitis of this present parliament ratifies and apprevis the actis of his hienes parliamentis maid ofbefoir aganis the granting of remissionis and respettis to the committaris of murthouris, slauchteris and utheris odious crymes mentionat thairin quhair thair is not sufficient lettre of slaynis schawin; and ordanis the saidis actis to have full effect and to be observit be his hienes and his depuittis during the haill space mentionat thairin, and that na respeitt or remissioun be admittit in jugement heireftir, except the same be componit be the thesaurair, subscryvit be him, and at leist past his register.
