Ratificatioun to the Laird of Tullibardin, maister of the houshald

²Oure soverane lord and estaitis of this present parliament, havand consideratioun of the guid, trew and thankfull service done to his majestie and his predicessouris, speciallie tending to the setting fordwart of the commoun weill of this realme be his hienes familiare servitour Schir Johnne Murray, ane of his majesties maistir houshalders, and his predicessouris thir mony yeiris bygane, sufficientlie knawin to his majestie, thairfoir ratifies, apprevis and confermis the charter and infeftment maid be his majestie efter his hienes lauchtfull and perfite aige of tuentie fyve yeiris compleit and generall revocatioun maid of befoir, to the said Schir Johnne Murray of Tullibardin and his aris maill, lauchfullie gottin or to be gottin of his bodie, quhilkis falyeing to his narrest and lauchfull aris maill quhatsumevir berand the surname and armes of Murray, off all and sindre the landis and lordschip of Balquhidder, with castellis, touris, mylnis, woddis, fischingis and utheris thairof particularlie contenit in the said charter, contening thairintill ane unioun of the samyn, with his majesties promeis to mak this present ratificatioun, and all and sindre utheris pointis, articles, heidis and clausis contenit in the said charter and infeftment efter the forme and tennour thairof in all pointis, as the samyne of the dait at Halyruidhous, the xiiij day of October, the yeir of God j^M v^C lxxxxj yeiris, beris.
