That the ratificationis past in this present parliament sall nocht prejuge parties richtis

²The kingis majestie and estatis of this present parliament decernis and declaris that the ratificatioun of ony particuler richtis, infeftmentis, takkis, pensionis or utheris wreittis and evidentis grantit to quhatsumevir personis in this present parliament sall nawyis prejudge, hurt nor dirogat the particular richtis of uther partiis, notwithstanding thai be nor ratifiet nor confermit at this tyme be his hienes and his saidis estaitis.
