Exceptioun of James Murray of Pardowis pensioun frome revocatioun

2Oure soverane lord, understanding that James Murray of Pardowis hes ane yeirlie pensioun disponit to him furth of the third and superplus of the abbacie of Cowper, to be possedit and intromettit with be thame, and willing that he bruik and joyse the samyn in tym cuming, thairfoir our said soverane lord, with advise of the thrie esteatis of this present parliament, ratefeis, apprevis and confermis the foirsaid gift of pensioun maid and grantit to the said James, with decreit gevin be the lordis of counsall conforme thairto, swa that he may peceable bruik and joyse the samyn in all tyme cuming conforme to his gift of the same, nochwithstanding quhatsumevir revocatioun maid or to be maid be our said soverane, anentis the quhilkis his hienes, with advise of the thrie estaitis, dispensis be thir presentis, provyding alwayis that the said James wes in possessioun of his said pensioun the yeir imediatlie befoir his depairting furth of this realme.
