Act ratefeing all former actis maid for transporting of forbodin guddis out of this realme

Oure soverane lord, with advise of his thrie estaitis convenit in this present parliament, ratifeis and apprevis and, for his hienes and his successouris, perpetuallie confermis all actis of parliament maid be his hienes or his maist noble progenitouris aganis the transporting of foirbodin guddis and waris out of this realme, and ordinis the same to have full effect and force in tyme cuming, commanding his hienes's thesaurar and all utheris, his officiaris to quhom it appertenis, to sie the saidis actis put to dew executioun aganis the contravenaris thairof as thai will anser upoun the dewtie of thair offices at thair hichest charge and perrell.
