Pacificatioun to the airis of umquhill Patrik, bischop of Murray

Oure soverane lord, with avise and consent of the thrie estatis of this present parliament, upoun wechtie and guid considerationis tending to peax and quietnes and universall obedience of his hienes auctoritie within this realme, hes gevin and grantit to umquhill Patrik, bischop of Murray, commendatar of the abbay of Scone, his airis and bairnis procreat of his body, the benefite, richt, privilege and libertie of our said soverane lordis pacificatioun maid and concludit upoun at the burgh of Perth, the xxiij day of Februar, the yeir of God j^M v^C lxxij yeris, quhilk is ratefiit and apprevit be his hienes and thrie estatis thairefter in parliament; and forther, our said soverane lord and thrie estatis, for him and his successouris, hes grantit that the airis of the said umquhill Patrik, bischop of Murray, salbe enterit and servit be brevis of his hienes chancelarie to all landis and annuelrentis in the quhilkis the said umquhill Patrik deit vest and sesit, and sall succede to him to all his debtis and movable guddis and bruik all honouris, privilegeis, dignities quhilkis they micht have brukit befoir the proces of foirfalture led aganis the said umquhill Patrik; and that all infeftmentis, fewis, dispositionis, pensionis, takis and utheris richtis maid be the said umquhill bischop to quhatsumevir persoun or personis during his lyftyme salbe als valiable to thame and thair airis as gif the said proces of foirfalture had never bene led aganis the said umquhill Patrik, bischop of Murray, and gif his name had bene expreslie specefeit in the said pacificatioun as at mair lenth is contenit thairin. Thairfoir, our said soverane lord, with avise of his saidis thrie estatis, hes ratefeit and apprevit and, be the tennour heirof, ratefeis and apprevis the said benefite of pacificatioun gevin and grantit to the said umquhill Patrik, bischop of Murray, his airis and bairnis in maner abonewrittin in all pointis, efter the forme and tennour thairof, and declaris the samyn to have full force, strenth and effect in all tyme cumming, safaras the same concernis all landis, annuelrentis, debtis and movabill guddis pertening to the said umquhill bischop and utheris abonewrittin concerning the said bischoprik of Murray alanerlie.
