2Forsamekle as the panes of breking of lauborrowis hes bene negligentlie takin up in tyme bygane be ressone the partie offendit unto ressavit na commoditie be the persute of the actioun, thairfoir it is statute and ordanit be oure soverane lord, with avise of his thrie estaitis of this present parliament, that the panes of breking of lauborrowis to be found in tyme cuming salbe equalie devidit, the ane half to oure soverane lordis use and the uther half to pertene to the partie offendit unto quha salhave actioun to persew thairfoir.
