Tueching the recovering and collecting of the kingis majesties jowellis and movables

Forsamekle as the jowellis, houshald stuff, munitionis and movable guidis quhatsumevir, sumtyme pertenyng to the quene, oure soverane lordis moder, and now pertening to his majestie sen his hienes coronatioune, ar disperit and fallin in the handes of divers the subjectis of this realme and utheris quhilkis hes the samyn, and dalie sellis and disponis or hes sauld and disponit thairupoune to thair privat uses, greitlie to the dampnage and prejudice of his hienes, that thairfore it may be fund expedient and convenient be the thre estaittis and haill body of this present parliament that my lord regentis grace caus persew the havaris, resettaris, sellaris and intromettouris with the saidis jowellis, houshald stuff, munitionis and movable guidis, now pertening to oure soverane lord as said is, and recovering and collecting of the same agane to his hienes use and behalf, declarand and decernand that my lord regentis grace acquittance thairupoun salbe sufficient discharge and warrand for deliverance of the saidis jowellis, houshald stuff, munitionis and movables presentlie and in all tyme cuming.2
