Ratification in favour of Master Joshua Durie of his pension

Our sovereign lord, with the advice of the estates of this present parliament, ratifies, approves and confirms the letter of pension given and granted by his highness to Master Joshua Durie, minister at St Andrews, Euphame MacKane, his spouse, and John Durie, their lawful son, containing the sum of £140 money of Scotland, to be uplifted out of the feu mails of the lordship of Altrie, pertaining heritably to a noble and potent lord, George [Keith], earl Marischal, and George [Keith], lord Keith, his son, discharging therefore all his highness's officers or under-receivers in troubling or molesting the said persons successively in the peaceable enjoying and possessing of the said pension, and from troubling and pursuing of the said noble lord, his son and successors to the said lordship for the payment of the said sum of £140 enduring the lifetimes of the said pensioners successively, each one to follow another.
